Conversational pipeline platform
QualifyLoop's AI agent qualifies every visitor who opens the chat, routes the ones worth a rep's time, and books the meeting on your calendar — then syncs it all to your CRM. Priced on conversations that convert, not seats.
One <script> tag. Live in minutes. Free Starter plan forever.
Reverse-IP names the network behind the visit; paid company data resolves the exact company.
Firmographics + intent signals weight the account hot / warm / cold on every visit.
The AI agent asks the qualifying questions and captures the buyer's email once.
Playbooks match tier, page path, and campaign — good accounts skip straight to a human.
The agent checks a connected calendar and books a real slot mid-conversation.
The gap
A director-level buyer from a target account fills out "Contact us" and waits a day for a rep to notice. Most don't wait.
Generic live chat treats a Fortune 500 evaluator and a student doing research exactly the same. Your reps burn hours sorting it out.
The platforms that do this well start at five figures a year on annual contracts — built for enterprise Salesforce shops, not mid-market teams.
The real thing
No mockup. Click the chat bubble in the corner and it's the same AI agent described below — real qualifying questions, real Gemini model, running against QualifyLoop's own production API.
Product
One platform, full suite. No stitching six point tools together.
A free Team Cymru DNS lookup names the organization that owns the visitor's network — exact for companies on their own network, only the ISP for home and office broadband. A paid reverse-IP provider resolves the rest.
Live · free tierCompany size and reverse-IP confidence weight each account hot / warm / cold, recomputed on every identify and surfaced in Slack and the inbox. Without paid company data, scores top out at warm.
LiveGemini 2.5 Flash runs the conversation, asks short discovery questions (what they're evaluating, company size, timeline), and calls real tools — list_available_meeting_times, book_meeting — to close the loop.
Playbooks match on tier, page path (/pricing), and UTM campaign — any combination ANDs together. Matching chats skip AI and go straight to your team in the rep console. Per-rep assignment and round robin aren't built yet.
Connect Google Calendar over OAuth. The agent offers genuinely-open slots and writes a real calendar event plus a booking record. One connected calendar per workspace today; Microsoft 365 is on the roadmap.
Live · GoogleEvery identified contact links into the account's buyer group, and reps assign a buying role (economic buyer / champion / …). Reports show conversion by tier, deal value, decision-maker coverage, and a 14-day trend.
LivePush contacts and leads into HubSpot or Salesforce (upsert, no duplicates), and pull HubSpot lifecycle stage or Salesforce lead status back onto the account.
LiveChat ends with no meeting but a known email? QualifyLoop runs a 3-touch sequence (day 0 / 2 / 5) over Resend, and cancels the rest the moment a meeting gets booked.
Live · 3-touchA visitor drops their number, Twilio calls them, and on pickup bridges straight to your team's forwarding line. No softphone, no mic permissions.
Code-completeOn any LinkedIn company page, a badge shows tier, CRM stage, and known contacts if that domain is already in your pipeline.
Code-completeConsent-gated enrichment, cascading right-to-delete, a visitor erasure endpoint, and a nightly retention purge — GDPR / CCPA §9 built in, not bolted on.
LiveClick any conversation for full thread history, a live WebSocket join, reply-as-rep, and a one-click "take over from AI" handoff.
LiveHow it works
Sign up, set your brand color, company name, and welcome message, and copy one <script> tag onto your site. The widget is about 13 KB and loads async.
OAuth into HubSpot or Salesforce and Google Calendar. Set routing playbooks — "cold → AI, warm/hot → rep", "page /pricing → rep".
Visitors get identified, qualified, and routed. Meetings land on your connected calendar. Contacts sync out and stages sync back. Reports fill in.
vs Qualified
Qualified — now part of Salesforce — is the category leader for enterprise Salesforce orgs. QualifyLoop is the full-suite version for mid-market teams who want usage pricing and a free start.
| QualifyLoop | Qualified | |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing model | Usage-based — pay per AI conversation over the plan's included volume | Custom annual contract, tiered by web-session capacity; no public pricing |
| Entry point | Free Starter plan, self-serve, no card | Sales-led, ~$40K–$68K/yr reported |
| Target segment | Mid-market, HubSpot or Salesforce | Enterprise, Salesforce-first |
| CRM support | HubSpot & Salesforce, bidirectional | Salesforce-first; HubSpot among its listed integrations |
| AI qualification agent | Included on every plan, real function-calling | Included (Piper); capacity scales with plan tier |
| Company identification | Free DNS tier first, paid enrichment only on a miss | Included; intent data is often a separate vendor cost (reported) |
| Time to live | Minutes — one script tag | Weeks — implementation project |
| Meeting booking | Google Calendar, one per workspace; agent books mid-chat | Yes |
| Buyer-group reporting | Yes — rep-assigned buying roles, conversion by tier, deal value, trend | Yes, more mature |
Honest gaps: Qualified's buyer-group model and reporting are deeper, it covers email and more calendar and routing setups, and it has years of enterprise hardening. QualifyLoop trades that maturity for price, speed, and a segment Qualified doesn't chase. Full comparison, including what we can't do yet.
Pricing
Every plan includes the full suite — identification, AI agent, routing, meetings, CRM sync, reporting. You pay for AI conversation volume, not seats.
Upgrade to a paid plan anytime from the in-app billing page. A paid reverse-IP data provider (for the company-size scoring term) and Twilio for voice are pass-through vendor costs on top. Worked pricing examples.
FAQ
QualifyLoop starts with a Team Cymru DNS lookup that maps the visitor's IP to the network operator's organization — free, no API key. That names companies that run their own network; visitors on home or office broadband resolve only to their ISP. Only when the free tier returns nothing does it fall back to a paid reverse-IP provider, and only past an engagement threshold (2+ pageviews or a chat open), so you're not paying for bounces. The paid tier isn't self-serve yet; email [email protected] to set it up.
Booking. The agent does real function-calling: it calls list_available_meeting_times against your connected Google Calendar, offers genuinely-open slots by index, and calls book_meeting to write a real calendar event and a booking record. It hands off to a human the moment a rep takes over.
HubSpot and Salesforce, both bidirectional. QualifyLoop pushes contacts/leads (upsert by email then domain, so returning visitors update one record instead of spawning duplicates) and pulls HubSpot lifecycle stage or Salesforce lead status back onto the account, every six hours or on demand. Salesforce uses the modern External Client App flow with PKCE and refresh-token rotation.
Qualified (a Salesforce company since April 2026) sells custom annual contracts with no public pricing; third-party procurement data puts it around $40K–$68K a year, built for enterprise Salesforce orgs. QualifyLoop is usage-based: a free Starter plan, then you pay per AI conversation above your plan's included volume. Every plan has the full feature suite.
Enrichment is consent-gated — /identify refuses until the visitor row has consentGranted=true. Right-to-delete cascades across visitor, sessions, conversations, messages, and the buyer-group contact record. A visitor erasure endpoint lets a site offer self-service deletion. A nightly job purges data past the 24-month retention window. CRM copies must be deleted in the CRM. Security and data handling.
SaaS. The API runs on Cloud Run, the widget and settings page on Cloudflare Pages, data in Neon Postgres. The whole stack is designed to sit near-zero idle cost — one warm chat-serving instance is the only standing spend.
Live and running on a real production deploy — real Postgres, real OAuth with HubSpot / Salesforce / Google, real Gemini agent, real WebSocket chat. It's what's answering the chat widget on this page right now. QualifyLoop launched in 2026 and is early-stage: we don't publish customer case studies yet, and it holds no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification.
